• Payment will guarantee your place for a trip.
• The fee can be paid by bank transfer online or visiting any Japanese bank. Funds can be transferred to any of our three (3) bank accounts below.
• You can also pay by credit card, just let us know upon booking so we can send you an invoice. Additional 4.2% surcharge will apply when paying by credit card.
• It is also possible to pay via Paypal if you have a Paypal email account, sending your money to our Paypal email account [paypal@tokyogaijins.com]. Please include an additional 4.2% processing fee.
• Take note that we will not keep your reservation without the payment.
• First-come/first-served basis!

YOU DON'T NEED A JAPANESE BANK ACCOUNT to make a bank transfer, just print out these bank details, write the amount you want to transfer on it, and take it together with the cash to any bank. Show this information to the bank staff saying "furikomi onegaishimasu" and they will help you. It's not that easy but it will be a very helpful thing to learn and experience while you are in Japan. Bank transfers can be done at the bank counter or the ATM, and even at the convenience stores. There may be a bank transfer fee ranging from 105yen to 420yen that you should cover.

Cancellation policy:

• In the event of cancellation on the part of the participant, the following cancellation charges will apply.

Note:

• Cancellation fee will be computed based on the event/trip base cost.
• The participant has to cover the bank transfer fee (between 105~420yen) if you want your money to be refunded to your bank account rather than to be kept as a credit for future TG event.
• Cancellation made after 6pm (business hours) is already considered as the next day.
• We will waive the cancellation fee if the participant (not TG) finds a replacement.

Other circumstances:

• In the event an organizer cancels a trip due to personal reasons, or not getting enough sign-ups for the event to go ahead, there's no cancellation fee.
• In the event an organizer calls off a trip due to bad weather (70% chance rain), natural calamity or disaster such as typhoons, hurricanes, strong earthquakes, civil unrest, etc., a 10% cancellation fee will apply, to cover the cost of event preparation and cancellation payments for hotels, transportation and equipment etc.
